چکیده
Aims: The objective of the study was to investigate: (1) Ns genome donor and elucidate origins Xm Leymus; (2) evaluate phylogenetic relationships among these species.
Methodology: CTAB (cetyltrimethylammonium bromide) procedure used extract total genomic DNA from fresh leaf tissue. A 150 pairs SSR primers were tested screen those produced polymorphic bands continue further analysis with Elymus species 13 diploid perennial as templates. GS construct a dendrogram via unweighted pair group method arithmetic average (UPGMA) SHAN (sequential, hierarchical, agglomerative, nested clustering) routine in NTSYS-pc program.
Results: WMC475, WMC11 QWM213 showed more expansion efficiency research. There significant diversity polymorphism between Leymus related Triticeae based on makers. largest coefficient values Pse. stipifolia hystrix indicates that genetic distance is closest has closer relationship. In clade I, formed very wellsupported into small distinct (Ia) first. Specifically, L. racemosus, salinus, secalinus triticoides clustered closely.
Conclusion: Psathyrostachys juncea, Psa. huanshanica fragilis (Ns genome) together I species, which illustrates contains closely Psathyrostachys. St J did not participate origin Leymus, relationship are geographical distribution environment.

Molecular diversity within and between Ajowan (Carum copticum L.) populations based on inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers
Study of genetic relationships is a prerequisite for plant breeding activities as well as for conservation of genetic resources. In the present study, genetic diversity among and within 15 Iranian native Ajowan(Carum copticum L.) populations were determined using inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers. Twelve selected primers produced 153 discernible bands, with 93 (60.78%) being ...
متن کاملAllopolyploids of the Genus Elymus (Triticeae, Poaceae): a Phylogenetic Perspective
The wheat tribe, Triticeae, includes many genomically distinct polyploid taxa. Elymus is an entirely allopolyploid genus, with all species containing the St genome of Pseudoroegneria. The St genome may be combined with one or more distinct genomes representing multiple, diverse diploid donors from throughout the tribe. This study includes a simultaneous phylogenetic analysis of new and previous...

Blast, Pyricularia grisea (Cooke) Sacc., is one of the most destructive diseases of rice worldwide and canresult in significant reductions in yield. The use of resistant cultivars is the most economical and effectiveway of controlling rice blast. A variety of DNA markers, including plant defense-related candidategene markers are available for genetic characterization and molec...
متن کاملDevelopment of Simple Sequence Repeats (SSR) Markers in Setaria italica (Poaceae) and Cross-Amplification in Related Species
Foxtail millet is one of the world's oldest cultivated crops. It has been adopted as a model organism for providing a deeper understanding of plant biology. In this study, 45 simple sequence repeats (SSR) markers of Setaria italica were developed. These markers showing polymorphism were screened in 223 samples from 12 foxtail millet populations around Taiwan. The most common dinucleotide and tr...
متن کاملDevelopment and annotation of perennial Triticeae ESTs and SSR markers.
Triticeae contains hundreds of species of both annual and perennial types. Although substantial genomic tools are available for annual Triticeae cereals such as wheat and barley, the perennial Triticeae lack sufficient genomic resources for genetic mapping or diversity research. To increase the amount of sequence information available in the perennial Triticeae, three expressed sequence tag (ES...
